Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Blacklos, we strive to offer high-quality clothing that brings confidence and comfort to your everyday style. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with returns or exchanges in a smooth and hassle-free way.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Undergarments, lingerie, or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Damaged products due to customer mishandling after delivery

  • Customized or altered items


Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@blacklos.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the reason for return

  • Photographs of the product (if defective or damaged)

Please do not return any items without prior communication. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or card.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to process)

  3. Reach out to your bank for updates

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@blacklos.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective, damaged during delivery, or

  • You received the wrong product

To request an exchange, please contact support@blacklos.com and include:

  • Your order ID

  • Images of the product showing the issue
